Eye surgeon charged in plot to kill Clearly Lasik partner using company money for defence: civil suit (Victoria Times Colonist)


Lasik surgery in New York has seen the introduction of many more doctor offices and openings – do your research first. I always like to bring you more information on lasik, so here’s another article:
The laser eye surgeon at the centre of murder-for-hire case has filed a civil suit in the U.S. alleging that his business partner who is charged with the crime, is financing his defence from the jointly owned Clearly Lasik.

In response to persistent complaints by a small number of patients about outcome and quality of life following laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK), the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is considering whether the procedure requires more rigorous oversight.
