According to Kevin Niksarli, M.D. of Manhattan LASIK Center, even though the iLASIKâ„¢ Procedure is not without risk, wearing contacts has its own risks. Infections with contact lenses can occur, in fact they are an order of magnitude more common when compared to the iLASIK procedure.
