Regardless of what city you live in, you will always get opinions from the media.
Should you listen to only that source? No. Remember - you have friends and family that may be able to provide first hand knowledge of local lasik surgeons.

I highly suggest that you consider multiple sources of information and feed back so that you can have a clearer picture of a potential surgeon.

It also seems like each surgeon is looking to out-do the other with pricing - do you REALLY want the cheapest surgeon working on your only set of eyes?
I didn’t think so…but that’s NOT to say that the cheapest isn’t the best. What I’m saying is that you don’t want to base your opinion only on price.
